其實我吃炸薯條很少沾番茄醬,炸雞塊也是,因為覺得沾醬太甜,偏愛原味,但是沾了沾光金桔香醋醬,就多了具有金桔的清香味道,口感清爽不油膩,忍不住一口接一口,卻罷不能。

不只用來沾醤吃,也能當調味料用,將多餘的川燙花枝放入油鍋,陸續放進食材,最後加了適量的沾光金桔香醋醬炒一炒,成了糖醋花枝,酸酸甜甜的口味獲得家人一致的好評。
